Saturday August 3, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19+) 

Any way to stuff them, these delightful morsels tickle your tastebuds and touch your heart.  Join Chef Adam as he shares with you his family favourites and show you how easy it is to make your own dumplings beginning with scratch made dumpling skins;  Edamame, Lemongrass and Tofu Pot Stickers; classic Pork, Scallions Dumplings with Ginger, Sesame and Chili Sauce; Smashed Cucumbers with Red Peppers and Scallion Dressing, Rice Paper Roll; and luscious Mango Pudding. 

Wine is included in the price of class.  Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
