Tender homemade ravioli and agnolotti is finally within your grasp.  Let Chef Adam Foley show you how easy it is to make scrumptiously plump Ravioli and Agnolotti with Spring Pea, Ricotta and Herbs; and with Wild Mushroom and Ricotta, in a fresh, light Sugo di Pomodoro; Crostini with Tapenade and Mozzarella; Salad of Spring Asparagus, Red Bell Peppers and Lemon Parmesan Vinaigrette and a new take on classic Tiramisu will complete our evening.

Wine is included in the price of class. 19+
