Join Chef Adam Foley in this edition of our popular pasta class and learn how easy it is to make fresh pasta by hand. Tonight, we will make the classic Cannelloni Ricotta e Spinaci, Sugo di Pomodoro (Cannelloni with Ricotta and Spinach, Tomato Sauce); Sicilian Mussel soup with crostini (Zuppa di Cozze); and end our evening with Torta Caprese (Chocolate Almond cake).
Wine is included in the price of class. 19+
