Join Cookery veteran Chef Jess and learn to perfect your pastry game. If you need a primer on pastry, this class is for you. Make two kinds of pastry: a short crust pastry that we'll turn into traditional Cornish Beef Pasties, and a Pâte Sucrée that will be the base for a luscious Lemon Tart. Snack on Sweet Potato and Feta Bourakas and learn how to work with phyllo pastry. Leave with confidence making your own pastry creations at home.
