Join Chef Anne Hynes with this inspired menu of rich and intense flavours, and classic elements perfect for a celebration, or that special dinner for two. Join us and learn to make Salad with Roasted Figs, Gorgonzola and Prosciutto; Herb, Crumb crusted Pork tenderloin Roast, Red Currant Sauce; Apple Parsnip Puree; Broccolini with Garlic and Chili; Smash Potatoes with Bacon, Garlic and Herbs; and the classic Chocolate Souffle.
Wine is included in the price of class. 19+ Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
