Join Chef Jessica Roberts and learn to master a kitchen fundamental with this easy and impressive meal of Ricotta Gnocchi - light, pillowy, and delightfully delicious. Together we will make Crostini with Roasted Grape and Brie; Ricotta Gnocchi in Blistered Cherry Tomato-Basil Sauce; Kale Salad with Pecan Vinaigrette; and a dessert of Rustic Berry Crostata with Whipped Mascarpone Cream will round out our meal.

Wine is included in the price of class.  Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

The boutique remains open after hours for your private class and all participants are entitled to10% discount on store products for the evening as a token of our appreciation. Recipes and wine notes will be forwarded after class.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
