Cool Cocktails

It's July, and we're in full on Summer mode!

 

This month, we're all about keeping 'cool' to beat the heat, and today we're sharing a Food & Wine magazine recipe for a Frozen Aperol Spritz. 

 

This icy version of the classic cocktail gets an added dash of citrus flavour from Cointreau or any other orange liqueur, and will be the perfect drink for enjoying in the backyard, on the patio or by the pool.

 

Make up a batch the night before, pop into ice cube trays and freeze overnight for best results. Then, when ready to drink, simply pop the ice cubes into a blender and blend into pure joy!

 

Serve these frozen cocktails in one of our unbreakable outdoor wine glasses from LeadingWare or Koziol- both shatterproof and dishwasher safe. They won't fog in the dishwasher!
