Frozen Aperol Spritz

Frozen Aperol Spritz

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Prosecco, plus more for serving

1 cup Aperol

1 cup water

¼ cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau

Orange wheels, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, whisk together Prosecco, Aperol, water and orange liqueur. Pour mixture into 2-3 standard ice cube trays. Freeze until firm, at least 8 hours but preferably overnight.

  2. Transfer prepared ice cubes to blender and process until smooth and frothy. Pour into 4 wine glasses and top up with more Prosecco. Garnish with orange wheels and serve.
