Join Chef Adam Foley and learn how fun and easy it is to make fresh pasta by hand. In this edition of our popular pasta class, we will make fresh fettucine and farfalle by hand served in sauces highlighting the best of our seasonal produce. Our delicious journey begins with Crostini of Wild Mushroom and Parmesan; hand made Fettucine and Farfalle with two classic sauces – Fresh Summery Tomatoes; and Zuchinni Butter, Parmesan and Herbs; Ontario Watermelon Caprese with Tomatoes, Pickled Onions and Balsamic Vinaigrette; and we finish the meal with Sabayon, Peaches and Savoiardi.

Wine is included in the price of class. 19+

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
