IN PERSON CLASS: Elegant Entertaining, Fri. June 7 (Cookery Roncesvalles)

Friday, June 7, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19 and up) 

Looking for new menu ideas for entertaining those you love? Impress friends & family with this elegant, but approachable seasonally inspired menu with Chef Jessica Roberts. Together we will prepare together Zucchini Fritters with Dilly Whipped Feta, Olive Oil poached Salmon with herbs, Asparagus Farroto and Roasted Radishes, finish with a Rhubarb & Pistachio Pavlova.

Wine is included in the price of class.  Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
