IN PERSON CLASS: French Picnic, Wed. June 19 (Cookery Roncesvalles)

Wednesday, June 19, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19+) 

Join Chef Anne Hynes and prepare a feast of simple luxury.  We will lounge and luxuriate in the land of je ne sais quoi, whether you are off to a play in the park, languishing in lush green spaces, or simply in your backyard, she will show you how easy it is to prepare a pastoral feast with no more than a few elements, time and inspiration. We will make Gourgeres, Pissaladiere, Chicken Liver Pate with Quick Pickled Onions and Radish; rich Salmon Rillettes; Salad of Greens, Pear and Lentils with Tarragon vinaigrette; and Raspberry Upside Down cake with Whipped cream.  Ready for a delectable al fresco nosh?

Wine is included in the price of class.  Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
