Welcome to Cookery’s PA Day camp filled with familiar restaurant favourites made even better at home, popular and comforting for chefs of all ages. Your young chefs will be introduced to the art of cooking and the science of baking with expert guidance from our cooking instructor and baking aficionado Chef Anne Hynes.  With masterful guidance your budding chefs will learn to make popular restaurant classics – Smashed burger in scratch made Brioche-like buns and Oven Fries with rosemary, Crisp Chicken Tenders with Crudité and Dipping sauces (Honey Mustard; Creamy Ranch); Classic Chopped Salad; Chocolate Salted Caramel Brownies; and even try their hand at making their own Cola soda pop (without the caffeine or coke ). They will not only master key kitchen fundamentals and have loads of fun doing it, but also gain kitchen confidence along the way. Order up!

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before  attending the class. We always try to accommodate however adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
