IN PERSON CLASS: Seafood Paella, Sat. Apr. 27 (Cookery Yonge)

Saturday, April 27, 7 pm -9:30 pm Hands-On. (19 and up) 

Travel to the Iberian Peninsula with Chef Jessica Roberts and experience Spain's unique and influential cuisine. In the class we will make classic Seafood Paella (shrimp, mussels, and fish), sensational tapas of Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic, and Balsamic; Sherried Chorizo; Manchego stuffed Garlicky Mushrooms; and Basque Cheesecake. Vamas de fiesta!

Wine is included in the price of class.  Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
