Celebrate the best of this holiday season with an impressive, contemporary menu perfect for this jolly season. Join Chef Anne Hynes and learn to make Smoked Trout Crostini; Salad Greens with Pear, Asiago and Herbs; Roast Duck Breast with Port and Cherries; Rosemary Brown Butter Squash Puree; Smashed Potatoes with Duck Fat and Herbs; and the dreamiest of dessert that will surely melt any grinch’s heart - Brandied Fruit, Panettone Trifle, Custard and Cream. Ho ho ho!
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before attending the class. We always try to accommodate however adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
