Welcome to Cookery’s PA Day camp filled with Italian favourites. With expert guidance from our cooking instructor Carolina Villegas, your budding chefs will learn to make comforting classics from the Italian kitchen – Handmade Fettuccine and Farfalle, with Tomato Sauce with Basil and Parmesan; Crostini Caprese; Crisp Green Salad with Italian dressing; Herb Garlic Bread; creamy Vanilla Panna Cotta with fresh Strawberries; and even try their hand at making their own Italian Lemon soda.  They will not only master key kitchen fundamentals and have loads of fun doing it, but also gain kitchen confidence along the way. 

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before  attending the class. We always try to accommodate however adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
