IN PERSON CLASS: Hand Made Pasta - Ravioloni, Fri. Jan. 16 (Cookery Roncesvalles)

Join Carolina Villegas in this edition of our popular pasta class and learn how easy it is to make fresh pasta by hand. Tonight, we will make scrumptiously plump, delicate Wild Mushroom Bruschetta with Sage and Truffle oil; Three Cheese Ravioloni in Brown Butter Sage Sauce;  Asparagus with Parmesan and Lemon Zest; and end our evening with luscious Vanilla Panna Cotta with Raspberry compote.

Wine is included in the price of class. 19+  Wine pairings, a red and a white are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
