This week, in honour of Easter coming up, we're sharing Cookery founder, Alison's go-to Brown Sugar–Mustard Glazed Ham. This recipe, from Epicurious, uses 4 simple ingredients in the glaze and the results, easy to achieve in any of the Anchor Hocking, Staub, Sophie Conran, All Clad or Le Creuset Roasters, are incredible! (Do we have roasters for you!!)

Alison’s Go-To Easter Ham

Ingredients 

1 4.5kg (10-lb.) smoked bone-in ham with rind, preferably shank end 

1 cup unsweetened apple juice or apple cider 

½ cup whole grain Dijon mustard 

⅔ cup (packed) light brown sugar 

¼ cup honey
