Wonderful product - Awesome Customer Service

Wonderful product, have had a set of Durlex bowls for years and wanted to add some of the sizes I use most often and get some as gifts. Came across Cookery online and saw the bowls on the website...perfect!
I filled everything out for my order and was paying by credit card, for some reason would not accept it. Chatted with Jessica in customer service...that girl is absolutely awesome. We tried a few things but the site still wouldn't accept the card. I was just going to give up but Jessica thought of another way of putting through the order and it worked! I wish all customer service experience was like that, Jessica went above and beyond and I certainly can't say enough about her, she was awesome!
I am very happy with my purchase!

Exactly what you need

Just the best bowls you could ask for, light and strong. I accidentally dropped it while I was waiting it and not a dent to be seen. Worth the money.
