Celebrate the best of this holiday season with an impressive menu perfect for this jolly season. Join Chef Anne Hynes and learn to make Chicken Liver Pate with Port wine Gelee and Toast; Individual Beef Wellington with Porcini Duxelles and Rich Gravy; Pomme Dauphinois; Green Beans; and Miso Caramel Sticky Toffee Pudding to end our decadent evening.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option, are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
