Saturday August 15, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19+) 

Travel to the Iberian Peninsula with Chef Flavia Campelo and experience the bold, vibrant flavours of Spain's unique and influential cuisine. From tapas to pintxos, we'll create an exciting spread of small plates beginning with Roasted Tomato & Red Pepper Gazpacho with Crispy Chickpeas, following by a dazzling collection of flavourful pintxos including Classic Gildas, Chorizo al Vino, Manchego with Caramelized Onions, and Tomato Tartare, a playful twist on pan con tomate. The evening continues with a colourful Seafood Fideuà with Black Garlic Allioli and we end our feast with a classic Basque Cheesecake.

Wine is included in the price of class.

Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration.  Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
