Join Amy McIntyre, our resident wine enthusiast and celebrate the season with wines made close to home. We’ll explore a delicious lineup from Niagara and Prince Edward County, chosen with the Thanksgiving table in mind - bright, food-friendly whites, savoury reds and a few autumnal surprises that show just how good Ontario wine can be. Come discover that good things do indeed grow in Ontario, and what to pour alongside everything from turkey and stuffing to squash, herbs and all the trimmings.
Wine is included in the price of class. 19+
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before attending the class. We always try to accommodate however adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
