IN PERSON CLASS: Portuguese Favourites, Sat. May 30 (Cookery Roncesvalles)

Join Flavia Campelo and explore the vibrant and fresh cuisine of Portugal. Tonight's celebration begins with the classic soul food of Lisbon, Pataniscas de Baclhau (cod fritters) with Portuguese Pepper Aioli; Chickpea salad with Calamari; Confit of Cod, Potatoes, Red Peppers, Olives served with Broa (Portuguese corn bread), last but not least the iconic Pastéis de Nata (Portuguese custard tarts) to end our feast.
Wine is included in the price of class.
Wine pairings, a red and a white options are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
