Back by popular demand, join Chef Flavia Campelo as we explore the vibrant, fresh and flavourful cuisine of Portugal. Tonight's celebration begins with the classic soul food of Lisbon, Pataniscas de Baclhau (cod fritters) with a zesty Portuguese Pepper Aioli; Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato (Clams with Garlic, White wine, herbs) served with crusty bread; the comforting classic Bacalhau à Brás (Salt Cod with Potatoes and Eggs); Roasted Broccolini, Squash: and a velvety Arroz Doce (Cinnamon kissed Rice Pudding with Caramel drizzle) to end our evening. Experience the rich flavours and warm hospitality that make Portuguese cuisine so unforgettable.
Wine is included in the price of class.
Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
