The ultimate everyday pan, the STAUB Deep Skillet combines the convenience of a fry pan with the higher, straighter sides of a sauté pan. Its compact 22 cm / 8.5-inch size is ideal for smaller households and everyday meals, while the deep sides help reduce splatter on the stovetop. Use it to sear, sauté, bake, broil, fry, or braise, then bring it straight from the oven to the table for effortless serving.
With a generous 1.7 L / 1.75-quart capacity, this versatile skillet is perfect for individual pizzas, cornbread, cobblers, Dutch babies, and beautifully seared steaks.
