Join us for an exciting evening and explore the colourful world of Colombian cuisine. Tonight Carolina Villegas will share with you her personal and popular Colombian favourites, beginning with the classic Seafood Cocktail (citrus marinated poached seafood in rose cocktail sauce); Carne Desmechada (Shredded Beef with Spices); Arepas and Patacones with classic sauces, Aji and Hogao; and finally we end our evening with Milhojas con Arequipe (Dulce de Leche Napolean).

Wine is included in the price of class. 19+ Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
