Saturday Celebrations - Coronation Chicken
This Saturday, there is reason to celebrate! It's going to be warm AND sunny! After days of rainy weather, we'll be able to get outside and take in Spring finally.
It also happens to be Coronation Day in Britain, so we thought we'd honour the day with a historical dish that's perfect for eating outdoors. We're sharing New York Times' Melissa Clark's recipe for Coronation Chicken - it's delicious! Lovely for lunch or a light dinner, this curried chicken salad was served at Queen Elizabeth II's Coronation luncheon.
