As we head into Spring, it’s the perfect time to refresh your knives. With lighter meals, fresh herbs, and plenty of crisp vegetables back in rotation, a sharp knife makes meal prep feel far simpler.

From slicing tomatoes to chopping greens and delicate herbs, well-sharpened knives bring precision, ease, and safety to everyday cooking.

What to bring:

  • Paring and utility knives for fruits and vegetables

  • Serrated knives that need a refresh

  • Kitchen Scissors that come apart at the centre

  • Any well-loved favourites that could use a tune-up
