NEW Fall Cooking Classes at Cookery
Fall brings a bounty of seasonal produce and flavours, and this Autumn, our Cooking Class schedule is full of delectable menus that feature the best the season has to offer.
In just a few weeks, join Chef Adam for our Fall Italian class where he'll transition your taste buds to beautiful Fall fare. On the menu is Risotto with Cremini, Porcini and Parmesan; Late Harvest Ontario Tomatoes and Peaches with Burrata, Balsamic and Basil, Crostini with Cannellini, Rosemary and Olive oil, and a light Tiramisu to round out the evening.
Asian flavours more your style? Chef Anne's Japanese Izakaya class features warming, Japanese comfort foods like Tonkatsu Curry.
If the 'basics' is what you crave, try Chef Jess' Knife Skills or Perfect Pastry classes, guaranteed to bring confidence in the kitchen.
All our classes offer generous full portions, the recipes to take home & expert instruction from our talented chefs.
Wine, always professionally-paired by our in-house Wine Expert Amy McIntyre, is available for purchase in our Knife Skills & Pastry Classes, and is included in the price for all other offerings.
