The Weekend: Cold but Sunny
The perfect forecast for a bit of outside time and then a cozy evening in with some baked goodness coming from the oven. As challenging as it may be right now - it's the perfect day for self-care and self-love. Fresh air - check. Sunshine - check. Savoury baked pasta, homemade sourdough, and lemony vinaigrette on arugula - oooh check! All the ingredients for a day of rejuvenation and strengthening, not to mention full stomachs and a happy household.
Today, we are focusing on baked meals with a feature on our beautiful Le Creuset Heritage stoneware collection. It looks as good going into the oven as it does sitting on the table filled with your delicious baked pasta, slow-cooked stew, cheesy au gratin, or multilayered casserole.
