Easy grilling.

This month was all about BBQ. We've shared recipes for the main event with ribs, for a side with grilled greens and for dessert with a version of grilled strawberry shortcake. With the right BBQ tools, you can cook everything from dinner to dessert on the grill. 

We asked our Chef Shelagh to create a family friendly BBQ recipe for this week and she came up with Fish Tacos featuring The Spice Trader Barbeque Rubs to save on time for busy weeknights. Using the citrusy, herbaceous Fish Rub, these tacos will be on your recipe rotation.

Using a pre-made rub isn't the only way to save time making this recipe. Dice onions and make the salsa for the tacos with the Zyliss Easy Pull Food Processor.
