Friday May 8, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19+) 

Welcome to our hands-on butchery class with Chef Bart Pocock.  Bring an apron and roll up those sleeves, tonight, we learn how to break down a whole chicken and use all its components in our menu; beginning with Ras El Hanout Chicken Lollipop with Citrus and Pine Nut Salad; Potage of Leek and Potato; Pan-Roasted Chicken Supreme with Tuscan Pan Sauce, Rosemary Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Flashed French Beans; and to end out evening with Poached Pear, Burnt Sugar, Chantilly Cream. 

Wine is included in the price of class.  Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
