Join Chef Carolina Villegas with this inspired menu of rich and intense flavours, and classic elements perfect for a celebration, or that special dinner for two. Tonight we will make Mussels in Tomato Coconut Broth, Herbs with crusty bread; Salad of Winter Citrus, Fennel and Arugula; Seared Five-Spiced Duck Breast with Blackberries and Port; Wild Rice Pilaf and a decadent Flourless Chocolate Torte with Whipped cream, Raspberries to end our evening.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
