All-Clad 2QT Tea Kettle

I bought this 2 litre stainless steel kettle to replace a plastic electric one I’d used for 10 years due to concerns about microplastics. The All-Clad kettle is a beautifully designed object, and I was surprised to find that it boiled water on the stove faster than the old one. So there you go: looks great - oh, and it whistles like crazy when it boils, so wherever you are, you knowingly it’s ready - and boils water quickly. All you could ask of a kettle.

The kettle is great quality, looks lovely and works perfectly on my induction range. I’m very happy with it! The online ordering and delivery went smoothly and the customer service was excellent.

I have been looking for a whistling kettle for some time and I’m super satisfied with my purchase. The kettle is a substantial size (compared to my old kettle), and has a great weight to it. I do wish the mechanism to open the spout was by the handle for a more convenient pour and that the handle had a grip, but otherwise I’m very happy overall. Even the whistle is well designed; definitely apparent but not deafening. The design is classic and I’m looking forward to having this kettle for some time.
