Join Chef Carolina Villegas in this edition of our popular pasta class and learn how easy it is to make fresh pasta by hand. Tonight, we will make Crostini with Thyme Roasted Grapes, Burrata; the classic Cannelloni al forno - Ricotta e Spinaci, Sugo di Pomodoro (Ricotta and Spinach Cannelloni, Tomato Sauce); Arugula, Pear and Caramelized Walnuts, creamy Balsamic dressing; and end our evening with Rustic Berry Crostata with Whipped Mascarpone.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
