Let Chef Anne Hynes show you how to layer and weave spices and aromatics into your favourite dishes and create a symphony of flavours and textures that would make you sing. Our delicious journey will begin with Vegetable Pakoras, Onion Bhajis with Tamarind Cilantro Dipping Sauce and Raita; Tikka Roast Cornish Hens with Bombay Potatoes, fresh and zesty Kachumbar; and Marmalade Steamed Pudding with Warm Spices and Butterscotch Sauce to end our evening.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
