Join Chef Anne Hynes in an evening of luxury and sophistication with an indulgent and impressive menu perfect for a celebration, or that special dinner for two. Together we will make Shrimp Cakes with Smokey Aioli, dressed greens; Reverse Sear Striploin, Herb, Garlic Compound Butter with Crispy Matchstick Potatoes and Frizzled Onions; Sauteed Greens with Garlic and Chili; and luscious Miso Chocolate Tart with Black Sesame Graham Crust and fragrant Kumquats.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
