Come join Chef Anne Hynes and celebrate the bright, bold flavours of Japanese Izakaya. Tonight we make small plates of bold flavours beginning with Spicy Edamame (with Togarashi and Maldon Salt); Veggie Gyoza with dipping sauce; Sunomono; Yaki Onigiri with Miso Butter; Nasu Dengaku Eggplant (Camelized Miso glazed Eggplant); Veggie Katsu Curry; and the fluffliest Japanese Cotton Cheesecake with Raspberries to end our evening.
Wine pairings, a red and a white pairing, are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
The boutique remains open after hours for your private lass and all participants are entitled to 10% discount on store products for the evening as a token of our appreciation. Recipes and wine notes will be forwarded after class.
