The Reversible Griddle (18.5 x 10" / 47 x 25 cm) is a multi-functional cooking surface featuring a dual-sided design. One side includes raised ridges for grilling meats and vegetables, while the other offers a smooth flat surface ideal for pancakes, eggs, or smash burgers. Built with easy-grip double handles and raised edges to prevent spills, this griddle is pre-seasoned with 100% non-GMO, Kosher-certified flaxseed oil and is PTFE and PFOA-free. It's compatible with all cooktop types, including induction, and works just as well on open fires, grills, and ovens.
