All Epicurean Cutting & Serving Boards are constructed out of low carbon footprint material with multiple layers of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wood fibres, compressed with a food-safe resin. They are also heat resistant up to 350F and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and sanitation. 

These boards are available in 3 sizes, with the option of a thinner 1/4" board or the thicker 3/8" board.

Epicurean Kitchen Cutting Board

I love these boards and have used them for years. They are easy to clean (I pop mine in the dishwasher a few times a week) and they don't dull my knives due to their unique cutting surface. I did find that my new ones smelled terrible when I first unrapped them but I set them aside for a week and they were fine afterwards.
