Protecting the planet is a keen interest for Cookery founder, Alison Fletcher.  Not only does sustainability feature prominently in everything we consider for the shops, but it pops up in every other aspect of the business.

From packaging - both incoming and outgoing, to office supplies, to colleague communication; everything goes through a sustainability filter.   Even the plastic sleeves in which your products arrive to us are examined closely.  Our partners are getting used to the personal phone calls and emails from Alison asking about recyclability, and business improvements in this area.
