This high quality, food-grade silicone mat is a baking essential for rolling out dough, kneading bread or lining a pan during baking. Includes conversion charts for ingredients and standard pie pan diameter measurements for easy sizing.
Non-stick, easy to clean and long lasting. Rolls up for easy storage. Mat measures 18″ x 24″. BPA free.
Oven-safe up to 446˚F/230˚C. Not for use with sharp tools or knives. Use plastic cookie cutters. Never use on direct heat, such as burner.
Wash before using. Soak in warm soapy water and wipe clean, dishwasher safe. Dry thoroughly before storing.
