Microplane Specialty Series 4-Sided Box Grater

I had to find a place to store this box grater … I have 8 single use microplane utensils which fit nicely in a drawer. Having said that, I would definitely recommend the box grater with its cover. Just be mindful that it is very sharp. I used it this afternoon to grate Parmesan cheese. Much easier to use that my single use microplane for grating fine cheese.

In the era of cuisinart and other kitchen appliances it is hard to believe that one would give this a higher rating but we do!! It is a 12/10 and we just bought it for another cooking friend. We have had ours for a year and a half and we still
live it and use daily!!
