Cook each egg perfectly inside the nonstick cup and remove individually using the handle on each cup, or remove all four cups at once with the insert tray handle. The pan is made from durable 18/8 stainless steel with a thick encapsulated base with aluminum core for quick, even heat distribution. The magnetic stainless steel base makes this pan safe to use on induction cooktops. The pan can also be used as a 1-quart saut with the fully tempered glass lid.
