Goyon-Chazeau Le Grand Tradi Ebony Knife With Sapwood - 24 cm
Goyon-Chazeau is a three-generation, woman-founded French cutlery atelier based in Thiers, the historic capital of knife-making. Each Tradi knife is handmade with exceptional precision, designed to live on the board — not in the drawer.
Product Description
The Grand Tradi was created in response to customer demand for a larger version of the beloved P’tit Tradi. It carries the same philosophy: “Everything is more enjoyable, always goes faster, and is always better done when you're well equipped!”
First presented at the Maison & Objet show in Paris (September 2023), this 13 cm blade knife delivers impressive performance and balance.
This model features an Ebony with Sapwood handle, a rare two-tone wood with natural shades ranging from honey to deep brown. Also known as Mozambic ebony, it’s one of the hardest, densest, and most water-resistant woods used in fine knife-making.
