Flavia is a chef guided by curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love for food as a form of expression. After 15 years in marketing, she transitioned to the culinary world in 2020 to focus on cooking, experimentation, and connection around the table. Her Brazilian food boutique became a creative playground for building her personal culinary brand, exploring regional flavors through menus rooted in quality, comfort and storytelling.
Having graduated from George Brown Chef School in Culinary Management, Flavia has worked in high-standard kitchens and received two culinary awards, which led to a chef-led pop-up store hosted on a culinary platform. She enjoys breaking down techniques in an approachable way and believes that learning how to cook builds confidence and a deeper relationship with food.
