Join Chef Carolina and warm up this season with gooey cheese, slow- simmered meats and a comforting menu full of rich flavours. Together we will make Baked Brie with Goldenberry Compote served with crusty bread and dressed salad greens; Beouf Bourguignon served with Brown Butter Pomme Purée, Sauteed Greens; and warm Caramelized Spiced Pears, Honey Ricotta, Toasted Walnuts to end our cozy evening.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
