Join Chef Carolina Villegas and celebrate this holiday season with an impressive meal of comforting classics with a festive flair. Together, we will make Crostini with Ricotta, Toasted Hazelnuts, Truffle Honey, Herbs; Herb Holiday Porchetta with Maple Glazed Carrots with Herb and Walnut Gremolata, Creamy Baby Potatoes with Garlic, Parsley and Chives and luscious Pannacotta with Cranberry Compote to end our glorious feast.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before attending the class. We always try to accommodate however adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
