Join Chef Flavia Campelo with this inspired menu of rich and intense flavours, and classic elements perfect for a celebration, or that special dinner for two. Tonight we will make Seared Scallops, Ajo blanco, Green Apple Vinaigrette, Chive oil; Roast Duck Breast with Marsala and Cherry Reduction; silky Brown Butter Cauliflower Cream, Oven Roasted Asparagus, Crispy Shallots and Chocolate Red Wine Cake with Strawberry Cream to end our decadent evening.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
