Ready for an evening of exotic aromas and bold flavours? Join Chef Anne Hynes for an evening of culinary elegance and sophistication, featuring an indulgent and impressive menu perfect for a celebration, or that special dinner for two. Together we will prepare Seared Endive and Halloumi Salad with Watercress, Persimmon and Walnuts; classic Beef Entrecôte with vibrant herb sauce served with Beet and Chickpea Purée; Broccolini with Chili and Garlic; Salt and Vinegar Roast Potatoes and end our evening with a fragrant, exotic Persian Love Cake infused with warm spices.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
